the Los Angeles area for over three decades.
Don Alves Jr has
built quite a reputation in and around the boxing world. Don is also
responsible for constructing UFC ( Ultimate Fighting Championship )
matches. Don can be seen ringside in the red corner supervising every
event. Working with some of the greatest boxers in the history of boxing
like: Tyson vs Holyfield ~ Holyfield vs Ruiz Jones vs Tarver ~ Hopkins vs
Wright ~ Corrales vs Casamayor Vargas vs Trinidad ~ Mayweather vs Hatton,
just to name a few. Some might even say Don has worked with the greatest
icons of the boxing world. Don Alves Jr. is recognized
in the industry as a smart and savvy business man who firmly believes that
if you do business fairly your success is guaranteed to last because
people will always want to work with you. Don adapted this motto early on
in his profession after observing the entertainment industry and seeing
first hand how so many people believing in there representation were taken

Mr.
Fields is a very accomplished man. Growing up in Compton California he
quickly learned the meaning of hard work. At a young age he realized
that he could not have much success without going to college, so he set
his goals high and put himself in position to attend U.C.L.A University,
where he starred as a basketball player. This opened the door to further
his career as an athlete by going to the N.B.A. (National Basketball
Association). That gave him the opportunity to meet people along with
networking with some of the top businessmen and women in the world. this
allowed him to leap into the business world in brokering movie deals and
music concerts for the past 15 years. However, his enjoyment comes from
helping others, especially children. Throughout his basketball career
which took him from China to France, Germany, Mexico and the
Philippines, he quickly understood that he wanted to make a difference
in peoples lives, what better way to do this than by entertainment. At
present, he has been in commercial real estate for the past 10 years
along with the day to day business with Starwood in bringing enjoyment
in the form of boxing and concerts to a wide audience around the world.

the company. He will be serving as our official partner in Abu Dabi. He
is a very honorable, respectable and hard working man. He will also be

Chris Welles-Pryor:
Mr.
Welles-Pryor has over the past 18 years worked as an investment banker,
during which time he was responsible for building several teams
specializing in the Middle East and European Capital markets. As
Director of Marketing at Equity International, he was involved in the
design and development of products. He served as fixed income specialist
working for the leading financial institutions in London, Luxembourg and
Bahrain. Mr. Welles-Pryor brings geo-political experience, management and
organizational skills to the company.
For the past
six years he has been an entrepreneur. He formed Globus Tech
International a Dubai based company specializing in real time delivery
of information to hospitals and Global Modular Concepts LLC. He is also
active in raising capital for niche Real Estate projects, specializing
in the hospitality arena.
